Re: Were any HIGHLY optioned trucks built?

but it isn't listed on the SPID label is it?
This isn't an option, but a dealer installed accessory.
There's quite a few you listed that shouldn't be on the option sheet.
DESERT COOLING, <-- never even heard of this, is it listed as so?
BUMBER GUARDS, ... dealer installed
TISSUE DISPENSER,... dealer installed
8 TRACK, ... dealer installed
FULL SEAT BELTS, ... assume you mean shoulder harnesses.. seperate belts from the lap belt... otherwise, not original.
FLOOR MAT, .. standard equipment
BED STEPS, .. dealer installed
WINDSHEILD WASHERS, standard equipment since at least 67, maybe earlier
CHROME REAR STEP BUMBER(DEALER INSTALLED?) yes... dealer or owner installed
DOOR EDGE CHROME, DRIP MOULDINGS, possibly original, probably dealer installed

Re: Were any HIGHLY optioned trucks built?

honestly my memory isn't perfect.........I know the truck is equiped this way but being on the glove box not sure.
Back when i bought it a few things to me seemed strange about how it was equiped. Not that it was misrepresented but that some things seemed like a regional/special promotional things
I am going up to DC next month for some doctor appointments, I will check the glove box and unpack the paper work.
This stuff as i remember was on the invoice for sure............
I missed out to you on a couple of those dealer installed pamphlets!!!!

Re: Were any HIGHLY optioned trucks built?

My glove box door lists "Chrome R-Step Bumper" as an option. Are you saying this was NOT a factory option?
