Re: parting a 69 GMC 1/2 ton

As far as the cab forward side trim, how much do you want for it and do you think it is in decent shape for a nice driver?

Thanks again.

Re: parting a 69 GMC 1/2 ton

Samwise, I took 2 pics, it comes pretty close to headers, probably within 7/16 of an inch
Thealien, I couldn't tell if it was good or not. I got 5 trucks around here, surely one is good. Probably sell one for $7 plus shipping. I can pull one Sat afternoon if you want one
Dart_451, Loren, I was mistaken, I do have one on this truck. $20 for it
Hittman, I would say driver quality not good driver. Some dings and black paint is off some of the pieces. $25 plus shipping for the 14 pieces
Thanks Randy

Randy,

I ran it by my dad, since he ran a very similar set up with a 283, and a 3 spd, and he says it'll work out fine.

so.

price (if it's not too much...college student here. hah.)
and shipping to 54501?

thanks much for everything!

-Sam.

Re: parting a 69 GMC 1/2 ton

Sure, I'll even take a complete passenger side non A/C vent setup and one complete A/C setup including all mounting screws if you have either/both (most needed is non A/C manual handle) shipped to 02302. Let me know what you got and a total.

Hi Randy,
Do you have any extra six lug brake drums for the front. I thought I would check and see.

Re: parting a 69 GMC 1/2 ton

Billy, I'll have the front hubs off this one. I got 2 other 69's sitting out at the barn that have them too. Not sure condition of any of them though. I'll work with you on price, I've never sold them before or even take any off to be sold. Thanks Randy

Is there a vent in the passenger side kick panel operated by pushin/pulling a knob? If there is I will take all those parts including the screws that mount that knob assembly.

Mark

Re: parting a 69 GMC 1/2 ton

Hi Randy,
I have one Drum on the front of my 1/2 ton to remove or should I say force off. If it is in bad condition I will get back with you for one. I priced em brand new for $25 at Auto Zone, but Longhorn man AKA (Andy), says they warp easy being new. I plan on getting to it this weekend. My Front bearing is shot too. Hopefully it will survive the puller. Thanks as always Randy!!!!!
