It was a throw in on a trans that I bought so I don't know much about it, which is why I'm only asking $10...I'll see if I can find any info on it tonight when I get home from work.

Hey stein,

I tried to get any info I could on this converter and didn't have much luck. It's got a number 6925 on it but no info on the brand....

That tag looks like a GM converter. The 6925 is most likley the last four digits of the GM part number.
Edit: Best I can tell the newest number for it is 8691913. It was used in:
91-93 Caprice 5.7
87-92 Camaro/Firebird 5.0
91-92 Fleetwood 5.7

Yeah, sorry I didn't mention it in there, all of those are MD8(700R4) equipped I'm sure it would work fine in any 700R4.
