Re: Pictures of my truck finally!!
I'm not sure about the internals as I bought the engine from a friend. He has a 63 Nova that he is building to be a straight up drag car (18 inch slicks etc.) and he was going to use it in that. He was going to switch the heads out later on so all I know is that the heads have a little work done to them, high performance valve springs, the cam has a nice lope to it, and its a 4 bolt high nickel block. He is trying to find the list of internals but he went through a divorce and his files are all askew. I plan on switching to a full roller setup in the future. I'm running a Holley 650 double pumper and Victor Jr intake (for sale in the parts section). The motor was all sealed and plugged when I got it and it now has about 250-300 miles on it.

What do you guys think my truck is worth it breaks my heart to have to sell it, but I might be moving to the east coast for college and can't afford to take her with me.

Re: Pictures of my truck finally!!
Nice ride! I kick myself in the a$$ everytime I think about me telling my brother-in-law about my Step-Dad having a '72 3/4 ton longbed for sale for $900. He has no idea what a deal he got or what a sweet ride he got. I didn't know he was completely ignorant about vehicles until after he bought it and asked to help him with a tune up. he asked me how hard it would be to do one. I said not hard just take stuff off and put new back on. Gave him a list of things to get. I told him to start with the spark plugs while I changed the fuel pump. He actually asked me where are the spark plugs. He said he was going to at least give me first dibs on it IF he sells it. LIVE AND LEARN

Hey Magoo, this is totally off subject, but do you know Pat Gerber over at ed's 4x4? He runs the "SHOCKER" monster truck. If you do say hi for me next time you run into him.
