Ryan,
the flamed stepside above is one more nice truck. I've seen it in person at the truck shows in Pigeon Forge, TN., 2 or 3 years in a row. It's got a big, very nice sounding 454 crate engine, with a killer cam. It lopes so bad, it will hardly stay running. The whole ground shakes when he revs it a little. Drooling. Everytime I see. Been featured in magazines. Real nice. I also really like the blue Fleetside above. Clean and simple, but real sharp. Someday folks. Mine will look this good. My son told me just now, I should do my truck with the flames. He's 15 and has pretty good taste it looks like. I love to look at beautiful trucks. And, us lowering fools are glad everyone don't like it. It makes ours look this much better to us. To each his own is what I say. I never go around telling everyone I don't like their truck though. You'll never see me putting down something someone else likes. Not my style. Thanks for your input though. Mike |

Believe me, we understand you don't like lowered trucks and the problems that come with them, since you've told us twice in this thread already.
And, believe me, I respect your postition on this. You have every right to like what you want and to say what you don't like. This is what makes this hobby so much fun. If we all liked the same thing, it would be boring and dull. Personally, I like all Chevy/GMC trucks, no matter how high or low they are. I just like lowered trucks better. Mike |

You see, I am building mine to be sano clean, "poop yur pants" fast, and simple. I have 15" Weld Pro Stars, chrome bumpers...front AND back, and no billet grill just to name a few...not quite your recipe for popularity right now...but it is what i want. Thanks for the compliments and if you guys promise not to laugh I will definately post pics when finished...which should be when flying cars like in the Jetsons come out! -Jeff |
