Depends who is building them. I am not certain of the other manufacturers' specs., but I beleive the other C10 arms available are either .188 or thicker.

Here's some weight comparisons (these are without cross-shafts, ball joints, and bushings):
Factory C10 lower arm: (73-87): 22.5 lbs. ART lower arm: 16.5 lbs. Porterbuilt lower arm: 13.5 lbs.
