Re: roundin my bed

Do you still want the bumber, side marker, one piece door window, drip rail and body cab moulding removed? Terry

Re: roundin my bed

Im looking at "bobbing my rear off. I dont really care for the swoosh at the rear of the cab, but its not mine.

Are you using caddy tail lights? Can I see the rear as you got it now?

If I removed the top rails on the bed, I would probably consider making the cover to have them in it, and when it is down, might look pretty trick.

Just my .02 worth.

This looks too much like a dually... with the different "depth" of the bedside and fender. Could you stretch the front of the fenders forward? Just for comparison.. I would if I was at home but dont have PS at work....

well the rear fenders do stick out a lil on the truck since the bed has been widein the inner body line for the rear fenders is flush with the truck and the sunk end wont be that far out it will still have the step there just not the sunk in area above the step kinda hard to explain Name: l_fa50c363ed4845308f1a3778b76e5cb8.jpg

Re: roundin my bed

Hope this one is it! I left the side marker and filled in just the little cut out area without taking the step out. Also took out the swoop behind the cab I think it looks better squared off. Terry

Re: roundin my bed

I had a frien offer me those same tail lights for my truck. But with as many as I have seen in the late 90's I was not all that impressed. I really like them on the step tho. I might do a photo chop to see what they might look like in a roll pan just in case.

Thanks for the shot. Another to add to my (maybe pile).

Thanks,

Bill

i know a guy who put the same caddy lights in a roll pan of the 2000 chevy's the cat eye ones and i dont think it looks right the way he did it cause the lights have a curve to them so they stuck out of the roll pan now if u could make them flush it would look good maybe angle them in towards each other what year of truck u think of stickin them on

Re: roundin my bed

Im looking at putting them in a 68 stepper.

Looks like you guys modify everything in site. LOL

Please dont start modifying the propane tank in the back ground. Would create some pretty serious ground effects.
