Re: Best offroad tire for daily driving.
I like Swampers, too. The SSRs are siped and make for a great on-off road tire. There may be some better on the road by a bit,but none of those come close off road.Look?Yeah, they got that, too.I also like the MTRs I`ve had on my heavy Suburban. They are better on road and not as much off road (in mud).I`ve had very bad luck with the weak BFG sidewalls/casings.Makes for an expensive tire. They were good on my Blazer that I never wheeled and rarely towed with. They had an easy life.I ran pro Comp`s Xterrains on a truck and liked them for a mild off road tire that worked nice on the road and looked tough.I thought of them as better for sand and worse for mud.Never real attempted any serious mud.I wouldn`t expect much there, like an A/T.

Re: Best offroad tire for daily driving.
I have had good luck with the ProComp M/Ts as well as the BFGoodrich M/Ts. They do awesome offroading and in the mud. They wear decent on the road and don't make to much noise either. Just my .02 cents.
