HI GUYS

IMO I like the looks of a roll pan in the front I been wanting to get one for my 82 but the turn signals are in the bumper I dont know if I could do away with them or cut the roll pan and make them fit LOL

I don't know what year it is but convert it to the one that has the signals in the grille.

Yeah, sorry for not giving you credit. I just felt that everyone would know what I meant when I mentioned Hills Blazer.

I have photoshopped pics of doing a similar set up to my old Blazer. This was before I saw Hills Blazer redone. Once I saw his, I had second thoughts. Not that it's a bad mod, but since he beat me to it, everyone would think I copied his idea.

When it comes to being first with an idea, ya snooze, ya loose.

Actually 83-87 did. Only 81-82 had them in the bumper.

No problem man. It's not a common mod though so you could still go for it. Most people won't even notice whats different. I only know of one other truck besides mine and the Hill's blazer that has done it.

Unfortunately I gave up on that project and sold it.

We had moved the front wheel centerline forward and planned to move the back of the wheel opening forward to close it up and bring it down some like you did.

We were considering moving the rear axle centerline back an inch (or two) and modding the wheel opening the same way. In theory this would stretch the wheel base and take some of the top heavy look away from the way to stubby Blazer shape.

This longer raked look would have be enhanced by 20/22 wheels with a slightly pinched front clip.
