Re: Should i trade my truck?

thanks for all the replys, i'm really undecided, i like that el camino a lot, its really clean,. but i had the truck for a while and i just started doing what i wanted. i think i might try to come up with the money to just buy the el camino. i have about a month to decide to either buy or trade. i have a 5.3 and 4l60 i'm gonna try to sell and start from there with the money.

I wish I had the money to buy the 5.3 from you to help you out. My cash reserves are depleted after having to put in a new furnace & water heater and rebuild the engine & replace the clutch in my truck all this summer. It will be a while before I have any real amount of money to spend on a project.

Out of curiosity what are you looking to get out of the 5.3 and what does it come with?

Hell no, keep the truck. Elco's are ugly and are best suited for old people. However, thats just my opinion.

Re: Should i trade my truck?

so the engine is probably sold. a guy offered me 1100, said he'll come pick it up tomorrow. if he does get it there's a really high chance of me just buying the elco.
