Awesome Results!!

The finished product is unbelievable! Very deserving of the "hardware".

Where did you get the rubber bushings for the suspension parts?

Re: My 1969 CST 396 build thread - stock, of course!

I love it, Keep it Stock
I had the same idea about the NOS Delco Pleasurizer shocks, then I thought that the age of them would make them lay flat, no life left.
But I guess not, looks like you are rideing high.
Dont forget about the factory markings on the fire wall.

Re: My 1969 CST 396 build thread - stock, of course!

Well, no more progress pictures - I'll just jump to the finished product! We've been planning since winter on going to the 1st annual Super GM show in Holly Springs, MS that happened this weekend. I was doing pretty good on time but then got put on a different shift at work that killed a lot of daylight hours that I've been used to. I've been squeezing in every minute I can find to finish this project up. I just got her cranked up for the first time 2 days before we left for the show. Also stayed up until midnight the day before we left putting on the finishing touches. Special thanks to my wife for living like a single parent these past few weeks and not griping too much!!! We got back tonight from the show and had a great time. Here's a few pictures...

Congrats, Josh. The truck looks good. You must been working none stop on the truck to get it finished in little over a month, since last time I seen it..

Thanks, Mike. I actually sold the truck back in 2012 to a gentleman in Canada and have not heard from it since.

Bummer you sold it but hey I guess everything has a price. I'm sure it went to a good home. Trucks like this in Canada are very rare I bet.
