My Suburban truck came with custom seats,that i broke seat posts in 4X4ing,took stock blue out of my 89 for the 85 ,and ya they are much more comfortable,the custom seats(all 6, 4 captains and 2 cup/flip jump seats) had custom brackets to make up the inside bucket mount,i figurered it must have been born with a bench and no rear seats,as rear 60/40 rear seat bolts are there just never used

got mine at a swap meet and covered them in vinyl that bolted to the factory bench seat brackets with no modifications

I bought a set of originals out of a 78 regcab truck to put in my 76 c15. Notice pass side doesnt slide....kinda wierd but I guess thats the way they were

heres a picture of the seat brackets for reference
