Re: Honda Bobber
Wow what a transformation, you are to be commended, just shows how far a little vision and a whole lot of elbow grease can go! This is my last build and my current bike and it's kinda funny but i'm a little jealous of your bobber,

Re: Honda Bobber
just wanted to find out where you got your white wall tires for your cm400 and your rear struts?
I am currently working on a cm400 as well just finding it hard to find white walls and I have smaller shocks but want to use struts. |

Re: Honda Bobber
The white wall tires I actually had to order online...from two separate suppliers. They are dunlops and are oversized for the wheels. They barely fit and required alot of wrestling to get them on the wheels. They were actually Dunlop Harley Davidson tires.
As far as the struts, I made them myself from some heavy duty thick steel.

Re: Honda Bobber
I'm also workin' on a cm400 when I have the time. I've got it stripped down and ready to start buildin' it back up. I went with Rebel shocks on mine, and am planning on a set of handlebars like those or with a slight bend. I really like the whitewall tires and wheels you went with on yours. What size tires did you use on that one? They look great!

Re: Honda Bobber
Thanks man. Im not sure on the tire sizes, off the top of my head. I'll have to do some searching through my receipts. I'll get back to you on that. Good luck on your build!
