Re: My truck is on the ground in one piece

Well everything has not gone as planned but its home from upholstery shop. On the way home from the upholstery we dropped it off at the muffler shop thorleys, super 40s and turndowns in front of the rear end (pictures later). Back in the garage on the 13th one day ahead of throat surgery then a week later hernia surgery. All I have gotten done is trying to straighten up the garage and clean the interior and trial fit dash and steering wheel this week. Feeling pretty good now (no lifting for another2-4 weeks),but gonna do what I can do i want it at least running in July!!! Here are a few interior pics with out door and kick panels.

Re: My truck is on the ground in one piece

I think mid and late 90s with 60-40 split manual with lumbar and console had a "note pad" tray on top that was upholstered smooth the first years model that they fitted insted of (88-92)gluing the fabric on them.

Very nice truck.

Noticed you have shaved door handles, what do you use to open them?

Re: My truck is on the ground in one piece

Its "ALIVE'!! Fired the truck today sounds great! The Flowmaster super 40s sound sweet! Finally after getting it back from the paint shop in 09 its running. Lots of little things to finish but I am planning having it finished and driving it as soon as spring hits here in east central Illinois!! Pictures to follow and I will "try" to get a video posted if I can figure out how to post it.

Re: My truck is on the ground in one piece

I really like the seat and I usually don't like anything other then the stockers. The whole truck looks great. 67 GMC's are one of my favorits.
