What a feeling of accomplishment that must be. How long has it been since it last stood on it's own? Looks like you'll have a nice summer of cruising ahead.

Under bed fueltank, flipped rearend w/1 1/2 dropped shackles. Cnotch kit and on and on!! I wish it was about done but I still have the dash, computer wiring to finish inside the cab, seats n door panels should be done at upholstery shop soon. Here are some more pics of the build. Re: My truck is on the ground in one piece

I bought the 86fj1200 new has 23 k on it now.
Silver machine in Champaign il built the tank to my specs,
yes the pump is in the tank. The yellow came out a little brighter than I planned but what the hay its gonna stand out in a crowd!
Thanks for the positive comments, its been long and sometimes difficult.
Now I want to hear it run!!!
Also still needs exhaust. proly going with flowmasters and a balance tube. It has the stock exhaust manifolds.
Being retired and with the stock market in the crapper I usually have to wait on the next social security check to buy parts. So every second wed I get what ever parts I can afford.
