I am using a Dodge clutch setup and slave cylinder. The master cylinder is stock 86 Chevy. The lines are pieced together with hydraulic hose.

It has worked great with a new stock replacement clutch for several years except I could slip it in 5th gear under heavy throttle. I have installed a new heavy duty Valair clutch with a higher pressure plate load but I haven't driven it yet.

Sweet, did you just drill holes and mount the clutch pedal?

yours is long which is cool by me. His is really obscenely wide. It's making my page adjust to the width of biz signature and making it to where I can't read anything on the page because it's way too tiny print

Yes, the dimples are there to locate the holes.

You should like the Valair clutch. I've been using/selling them for a long while and they are top notch with great customer service.

Re: Cummins Powered Crew Dually

Haven't had much time lately. Got the hood and front bumper installed and also set the bed up for the fuel tank. I also installed the prop shaft and a relay wiring kit that gives the Euro headlights more power and takes the load off of the switch.

I sprayed the bed liner and dropped the fuel tank in place.

Re: Cummins Powered Crew Dually

I finally have it roadworthy. I still have to finish painting the interior plastic, install a rear seat, overload airbags and a few other things.

Re: Cummins Powered Crew Dually

Thanks everyone.

I ordered a gauge pod for a 93 down Dodge truck and the angle is way off. The a-pillar on the Dodge is close to the same angle as the Chevy so I think Glowshift just builds them that way. I am thinking about moving my tach to the top of the dash and getting a couple pedestal mounts for the boost gauge and pyro.

I got lucky Friday and found a after market air kit at the junk yard on an old 3/4 ton Chevy. That will be a good winter project.

Very nice. What clearance lights are you running? They look lower profile than the stock ones in those pics.
