Re: 250 6 cyl motor and transmission

If anyone wants anything else off this, speak now or forever hold your peace! I'm getting ready to scrap the motor and transmission soon.

70 stovebolt, I haven't found the air cleaner base yet but I know it's here some place! I am cleaning out my garage and probably stacked something in front of it.

Is that HEI? If it is and it works, how much shipped to 91306?

Bigunde: I never received anything. Are you still taking the motor? Please let me know either way.

Thanks.

70 Stovebolt,

I found the air cleaner base and figured out which box it would go in. It looks like medium USPS box, $20 shipped.

Carb opening is 2.5 inches, total diameter is 6.5 inches.

Re: 250 6 cyl motor and transmission

Gah...I am buut...I just don't have that extra money right now. It's only $30 bucks but... I'll tell ya what, if you are willing to hold it for about a month or so until I get this month straightened out so I know what I have, I'll buy it. But if you don't want to keep it laying around I understand. But yes I do want it, it would work perfect for a hot rod inline.

Glad you got it ok. I was hoping they wouldn't flag it because it was in a printer toner box.
