Re: Parting 72 1/2 ton 2wd long bed

I'm interested in the visors. Are they as good on the other sides? Also, do they have the information sticker? How much shipped to 19106?

doodah man- the visors are the same condition on both sides. No info sticker. $40 total shipped to PA.
white71chevy- I still have a driver vent. The shipping is $15 to OK. I will double check condition.

Thanks,
Ray

Re: Parting 72 1/2 ton 2wd long bed

mark57- The booster is already sold locally. I have some 3/4 ton disc/drum booster/prop valve/brackets/mc available. They are more heavy duty than the 1/2 ton ones.
jgaley69- I have 3/4 ton ones and they include everything to the brake pedal.
white71chevy- I will post pics soon.

Thanks,
Ray

Re: Parting 72 1/2 ton 2wd long bed

Krazy, did you ever find out about the fan shroud? whether the ac is different from the non ac. i was told they were different, and would make a difference...your thoughts?

also, what type of 3/4 ton rear drums do you have? are they Eaton? if so, my buddy needs them...

text me 253-495-0880.

Re: Parting 72 1/2 ton 2wd long bed

Every fan shroud I have is the same as my 72 C10 with AC. The only time I have heard about clearance issues is when you are running an aftermarket York compressor. I have 2 eaton axles that I have removed the third member and chopped the axle shafts for the purpose of having full floating trailer axles for my pickup bed trailers. I don't know much about the drums on eatons, but if the drums can be removed without affecting the wheels being mounted and its not epic to pull them than I will be happy to sell.
Thanks,
Ray

Hi Ray, I think I'll pass on the visors for now. Wife wants to keep the parchment interior for a little while longer. Thanks.

Re: Parting 72 1/2 ton 2wd long bed

white71chevy- The only chrome vents I have are not in great condition. Another board member has asked for one awhile back and I'm having a hard time getting them in. You might want to try a WTB thread. I'm sure someone has a good one.
Thanks,
Ray
