Re: My 1952 truck.
Finally was able to work on my truck a bit this weekend. Got the fuel tank mounted, the air conditioning vents removed from the dash, and the the running boards shortened and mounted backwards for the wider rear fenders.

Brackets for fuel tank in. Cut down bed boards and test fit. Looks square!

Re: My 1952 truck.
Built some splash aprons and rolled it outside for first time in almost two years. Needs to come down an inch or two yet. My roof finally came in softer eight months. Need yo get it put on. No more losing it and hitting the truck with a BFH!

Re: My 1952 truck.
Put in some taillights but may recess them more. Love doing things three times.

Re: My 1952 truck.
Decided to modify the front of the box. Now I need to work on front stake pockets and bed rail at the back. Still eyeing up the rear of the truck. May do something with the tailgate yet.

Re: My 1952 truck.
I also found a video of the engine on the test stand. I'll see if I can post it on here. I am having issues as it will only let me put on one photo at a time.

Re: My 1952 truck.
Really like where you headed on this build. I have been off my truck for the last year, but have started back now, with a few changes from original plan. I wanted to do a 59 dash, but have yet to find one. I do a have 55 dash and may go with it. Keep up the good work.

Re: My 1952 truck.
Gave up on trying to post engine test run video on here. Very frustrating. Anyways, the newest toy showed up and it is that time of year. Truck days will be few for the next six months. No turbo for the sled this year. I am getting too old.

Re: My 1952 truck.
SSABMUD, looks great. I love what you did with the front of the bed. When I do my 54 truck the front of the bed will be like that. Nice job on the roof also,it is really coming along.

Re: My 1952 truck.
I ruptured a disc in my back where all the fluid ran into my spine about four months ago. I have been taking it pretty slow but have finally recovered enough to start back on the truck last week. You know how you stare at something you did for a long time then decide to change it? That is what I have been doing. I will get some pictures up soon. Wade

Re: My 1952 truck.
I am absolutely in love with this. Looks real good, man. Are the rear fenders fiberglass or steel? And who makes them? Thanks.
