Got to lookin at the harness closely and discovered that the pink going into the ignition switch has had the insulation removed in an area about 2 inches from the plug. The area is about 1/4 inch in length. Wire looks fine and was covered in electrical tape. Im guessing someone tapped into the wire for an ignition hot or constant hot source at one time. I can take a picture if you like. That appears to be the only abnormality I can find.
