Re: Ideas on my alignment specs
.5 thrust angle is ok and the normal for most trucks. It will not cause tire wear or any issue with pulling.

Re: Ideas on my alignment specs
Well he said that with thrust out of whack he can't get the front aligned right. So does thrust cause an issue with front alignment?

Re: Ideas on my alignment specs
Thrust does cause problems because the rear axle is not square to the chassis centerline. I've learned, while doing my alignment thread, that they are probably never gonna be 0 thrust angle. If the guy wont even attempt to align it maybe you should look for another shop. You have no adjustment for the rear so unless you have some spring bushings to replace or can find the cause your gonna have to live with it. Again, I dont think .5° is a big deal.

Re: Ideas on my alignment specs
.5 degree of thust Angel is no big deal, if he won't align it cuase of that go some where else. If it was 1 degree of thrust angle then that would be something to look into. Sounds like the tech just doesnt want to mess with it at all

Re: Ideas on my alignment specs
Well I heard that you can loosen the u bolts and move the axle some and get some adjustment out. And I double checked and it's actually 0.6 out of thrust but I'm sure that doesn't make that big of difference
