It is true dual from the manifold all the way back. I had the exhaust shop do a tuck-n-dump right at the rear axle, with just the tips showing from the rear.

I can't recommend the Brockman's enough. An awesome ma/pa outfit.

I have Hooker Headers with Thrush mufflers that will attach directly to the end of the collector. From there, 2-1/2 pipes will run back and have almost an L bend and, dump right in front of the rear wheels. Will use the shortest length of pipe I can.

Long tube headers, dual 3" with an H-pipe, single chamber flow masters with dumps right after the cab. With the blower whine it's loud enough I gave away my stereo. Rather hear the motor anyways.

Re: Lets hear some different exhaust setups on your 1960 - 1966 Chevrolet & GMC Picku

Here are a few of mine. When the cutouts are closed the 2.25" pipes are running through Flowtech Terminator mufflers. Open exhaust is handled by Doug's electric cutouts behind the front tires. There's also a Pete Jackson noisy gear drive and an electric fuel pump in the mix:

Open and closed. Bad video but the audio is good:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=24M-tvTd3ro

This one has the pipes half open. When they are wide open the sound overpowers the cheap dash cam I’m using:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7z4cObwEIJc

This is the newest video, pipes idling from about 8:40 to the end:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H0_g_kUzXhc

And this last one was last year when I had the H pipe capped off:
