Repainted the dash for the guages. Duplicolor wheel paint matches procomp silver exact even though it doesnt look like it in the pics.

Re: PMP 69 BBC build

Im having a problem to get the wipers to just be on high. If I could I just a switch on high I by chance I got caught in the rain. For the life of me I cannot direct wire it. If it goes through the fuse panel I have a turn signal relay and the wiper moves like a turn signal goes on and off. Any help just to direct wire them on high would work for me. Let me know if theres a trick to them and why they work with a relay but not direct power.

Re: PMP 69 BBC build

Pretty easy couple of screws on the dash couple in the back un plug the harness and away you go.The harness plug is nice because the wires just pop off the dash pod and your done

Nice truck-- like those gauges too.

So is this going to be a dedicated track truck? The stall and transmission specs seem to be a bit more drag racing oriented than a cruiser would have

Re: PMP 69 BBC build

Locally we cruise but most of the cars are on the track on the weekend. 3rd gear doesnt stall like 1 And 2nd so cruising In 3rd only revs 2300 at 45 mph. Downshift and you have another story. Its actually pretty driveable.

Re: PMP 69 BBC build

If it was going to be a track I would tub it but my wife loves to cruise in it so this way we both enjoy it.

Beautiful truck.
Those wheels are bad ass.
Do you have any better shots of it?
