Brake issues driving me bonkers!

I just spoke to a rep at Wilwood and they told me I needed more volume and to step up to a 1.125 bore master. Is this correct info or is the bore size to large for a manual set up?

I wouldn't go that large with manual unless you have 3/4 ton calipers with the big pistons (over 3") Your pedal will be too hard to push if you are using the normal large GM calipers with 2 15/16" piston. Replace the master
