Here is a clip to illustrate the range of motion.

Re: Roadster Shop 69 REVO Patina build

And the front installed

Getting the steering linkage to the rack has always been an issue on these trucks due to the frame rail width and positioning of the steering column coming through the firewall. We have designed a package to take the guesswork out of routing the steering. We fabbed up a chassis brace that bolts into the frame rail. A small notch is required to be cut in the frame to get a better steering shaft angle. The new frame mount includes a tab for a heim joint to support the steering shaft. We have also designed a lower column mount (through firewall) and an upper column mount (to the dash) to secure the column adn position it where it needs to be. This is designed to work with an Ididit replacement column

Re: Roadster Shop 69 REVO Patina build

For the wheels, we decided that the American Racing Salt Flats were the perfect fit for this truck. It has always been a wheel design that I've liked and the grey center was the right look against the matte green paint. Something that I wasn't aware of until putting this order through is that they will custom color match most wheels. (These would look pretty slick in a bronze/gold finish on a blue truck.)

The ever important wheel/tire sizes on this truck:

American Racing Salt Flats: Grey center, polished hoop
Michelin Pilot Super Sports

Front:
• 20x9.5” w/4.25” BS
• 265/35R20

Rear:
• 20x10 w/4” BS
• 285/35R20

These fit in the 100% stock wheel houses front adn rear. No modifications to the inner fenders or rear wheel tubs.

Re: Roadster Shop 69 REVO Patina build

This looks to be a very well thought out package. One example is the integration of the front sway bar. Looking through the RS website on this product package ,I don't remember seeing a rear sway bar. Is there one?

Nice work on engineering out the intermediate shaft too.
