THE SHIFT LOCATION IS MOVED FORWARD ON THAT TRANNY AS COMPARED TO THE CAR T -56 RIGHT? I SAW ONE AT THE TRANNY SHOP WHERE I GOT MY 3550 WITH ADAPTER PLATE ON IT AND THE SHIFTER MOVED FORWARD WHERE THIS COVER PLATE USED TO BE...THE GUY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE $500 MORE FOR THIS TRANNY. I DIDN'T DO IT BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT HAD .50 6TH GEAR AND I KNOW MY MOTOR WOULDN'T PULL IT GOOD ENOUGH. I WAS ALSO UNSURE WHERE THE SHIFTER WOULD END UP.. AND DAMN IT, IT LOOKS THE SAME AS MY 5 SPEED AND THE 6TH GEAR IS CLOSE TO THE SAME AS MY 5TH..DAMN, DAMN, DAMN.
