And it seems to never end, color sanding is the worse in my opinion but its usually easier to deal with because it means you are getting close.

Yeah it's crown royal but maple flavor, it's awesome!!!!

Well I've only had 1 hangover my entire drinking career lol going on 3 years now actually what happened is 1 night I got drunk and I had a horrible headache and wasn't feeling great then took some ibprofeun and the next day felt like a million bucks and ever since then no hangovers.

We can talk trucks now don't want to get us in trouble again.

Well not much of a real update, but since I do like to support our fellow board members, I bought a Slosh Tubz shirt from Mike, should get it sometime next week. I'm pumped for it!

I just took a bottle of Apple Pie to my buddies house after I got my bed bolted down. First trip with the drop done, I left some of the rear tires on the road. It's fun to drive for sure....

Not much of an update but took the shark out for a little cruise and I got it to idle the way it should after a little driving so here's a little video for y'all of it idling!

Re: 1977 Chevy C10 known as SharkBite

Well a small update not truck related but as you all know it's been a challenge to do work on my truck in my garage due to the lack of space, can't always do everything I need to do without putting it outside, well been outside in the garage since about noon and we almost have it cleaned out! So the truck will have plenty of room to be worked on and can start towards my frame off restoration!

Ahh now I see! I actually took it literally as an apple pie, but I was like nah it can't be that so I had to ask.

Well I thought I was going to have a bigger update than this but apparently my wire wheels were on there last leg

Here's the little work that I did get done, and if your wondering why I'm actually using a true primer it's because I'm going to paint it and the undercoating for it I didn't like the texture, so I'm going to prime and then it will be some painting

Before I had mine blasted I used a 4" grinder with the wire wheels and they do a pretty good job. I also used the 4" flap disc. They did a pretty good job. http://www.northerntool.com/shop/too...187848831&mt=b and this is the wire wheel I use.

I would have to go check it but if I remember correctly yes it is. I haven't taken it apart yet but I believe I have 3.42 which can still spin the tires but there more of a friendly gear than the 3.73

Lucky you. ive got these 4.11s and there geared to crappy milege but quick take offs. you have the in between, which is great.. if you ever did swap a 700r4 in it would get great gas milege i believe

Yeah the 4.11's are a great racing gear! I just think personally the 3.42 or 3.73 are both great gears with nice street manors, the 3.42 gears are a tad bit better! But they can still smoke the tires!

Re: 1977 Chevy C10 known as SharkBite

Well here's a hump day picture

So today at work kind of started to think of some big items needed, and get my Q-Jet rebuilt by someone respectable, work on cleaning my frame up more, get a "new" bed, get a final decision on motor between an already built 350 from Jegs or somewhere like that, or build a 350 or 454, and then also start piecing together what's going to be my bagged C10 not going to lay frame at this point but maybe later down the line.

So what you think of the list guys?

Hey Korwin,
I think the list sounds good, but. . . If I were you, the first thing I'd do is take off those trailer haulin' mirrors so that you have a bit more room working around your truck. One bad fall against those mirrors and the support legs will put a crease/dent into your door skin quicker that you can say, oh ****! Just a thought.

Funny you say that I think I have a dent in my door because of that from the PO but now that you mention it I will do that because it is a hassle to work around them just never thought about taking them off fully
