I call mine the MUTT because it is made up of parts from 67 - 82. A briggs and stratton mower even gave up a piston for my shift knob

My 72's official name (when it's running right) is "Rolling Death", it's unofficial name (when I'm begging it to not die) is "Boopsie".

Did you ever try threatening it?My brother always said his car has an attitude, and when it didn't wanna start he would threaten to trade it for a ford

It always started, maybe he was right

Just food for thought

My 79 GMC Sierra is OBO, on 4th engine, 2nd trans...family has named it for me ...."Rust Bucket"

Was parked under an oak tree for 3 years, oak leaves and rain make ACID, finally drug out and put n a 402 overbored .60, perf valves, cam and Turboh 400, moves down the road quite well, but miss that gas mileage of the org 305!

"Old 70" is the name on her birth certificate. But "Big-@$$, ugly, green truck" is more common.

I named my truck Big Mo. As in Mo-motor, Mo-torque and Mo-power...

My girlfriend on the otherhand has named it 'Secret'. When I asked why she said that it was "strong enough for a man, but made for a woman!" Needless to say, I don't get to drive my truck as much as I would like.

My '69 CST 20 was nicknamed Lurch after the butler on The Addam's Family; it would (almost) always serve with the turn of a key.

My latest project will be Bruce. It will have a gray and white two tone paint job similar to a Great White shark, very similar to my former mentors '69 short stepside.

The 68 is called the "Hot Rod Truck", since my 4 year old son calls it his Hot Rod Truck!! My 70 4x4 has been known as Goldie since my Dad bought her in 73, and the 67 GMC is simply called Jim.

I finally came up with a name for the 86. Let's see if anyone can guess where I got it from. Her name is Moya. The 72 is still Coyote Ugly...

mine is 'Under Construction' - I know, it's not original but it came 'bout cuz my wife kept sayin' "that's about the ugliest truck I've ever seen". And after hearing it over and over I finally said, "Give it a break - it's under construction".

My uncle started calling my truck "The Green Latrine", and it kind of stuck.

My white 81 Cadillac was referred to by my uncle as "The Porcelain Piece." He seems to have some fascination with toilets... He said when he was my age, if you wanted to insult someone's ride, you called it a "toilet".
