Thanks, it is an 87 corporate 10 bolt, and had to make front spring mounts and for the rear of the axle i have to drill a hole in the frame and put a a sleeve in along with bushings, have not done the second part yet but will be coming up on the build and for the front hangars you can see in the build pics above and on the first page

Pic of the emblems unrestored on the truck, and well'p my budget just went from a highwire to the titanic, so it'll be slowed dien even more for a while I can still do a lot of stuff for free but just won't be up and running as soon as I hoped.

Hey sorry I haven't updated much, I'm waiting for the new welder to come in so we can weld up the spring hangars and weld the rest of the suspension up, I did get 2 350 blocks but they need completely rebuilt so still not sure of the drivetrain yet ill keep y'all updated as I get the stuff and continue workin on it

What'd you use to clean up the emblems?

I'm thinking of going with black steelies, too, even if my C20 will be much closer to the ground

I used steel wool and mineral spirits then I painted it black

Got my 4wd steering box soon to go in
And I have 3 possible motors but all need completely rebuilt and sent to a machine shop I have a 4boy main 350, 2 bolt main 350 and 2 bolt main 305

Today I swapped in the 4wd steering box in and it was a bolt in swap and lines up great gotta love old chevys!, interchangeable parts

Don't even think I need a drop arm, amazing with how much lift it has

It summer in just 6 days for me and that means that I can mount the rear axle, finish welding the front in and pull the body off to paint the frame and axles, then body work on the body ahh just my favorite part NOT

Hopefully getting some work done on her again soon, Ive been workin' on getting the 70 goin street legal and used my money up on it haha, but I got all of the old suspension ripped out and got the rear axle mocked up finally, and the best news of all! I'm supposed to be getting a 454 for it soon!
