Re: If you didn't have a 67-72 Chevy what year would want?
A '63-'66. I actually drove those style trucks for a quarter of a century before moving up to the '67-'72's.
But '72 is where I stop. It will either be more '67-'72's or back to the earlier '60's. Bill

Mike I am digging that 35....something about how high the box is bothering me but it seem to be at a almost fair price.

Re: If you didn't have a 67-72 Chevy what year would want?
Its funny you ask, I just got my 72 Cheyenne a few weeks ago and it took me a while to find one that was a clean affordable driver. My other favorite truck other than the 67-72 years was a 64-66. If it was to be a 64-66 it had to be a SWB fleetside. I bought one in Oregon last June and now I have 2 of my favorite body style Chevy Trucks, one of each.
My all time favorite car/truck or otherwise is a 55 Chevy 2 door 210 sedan. The trouble is the ones that are original non rotted sheetmetal are more money than I can afford. Last edited by TBONE1964; 12-01-2012 at 07:26 PM. Reason: spelling |

1940-41 Ford Truck. Wanted one since I was a kid. Best looking truck ever made.

Re: If you didn't have a 67-72 Chevy what year would want?
Since the 67-72 truck is the only Chevy I like.... I would have to say none..
My pick would not even be a GM product... But... give me a Stude.... either a 1937 Stude Coupe Express... or a 51 C-Cab pickup... YES!! |

55.5
Yes you read that right, a 55.5 as they changed the body 1/2 way through 55. Had one at one time and kick myself everyday for selling it. Posted via Mobile Device

i'd want 'ol blue back in the barn... Have to admit, I still miss her. But don't tell my 71 that, she might get jealous and stop running. Oh wait, she hasn't started running yet.

Re: If you didn't have a 67-72 Chevy what year would want?
My very first vehicle was a '63 Chevy C25. I sold it at a loss 6 years ago. Still miss it, but my '70 is my "second" first love.
