Re: Original License Plate Score!!!
There is a place online called "licenseplatestv.com I think that's the name. They can make an exact duplicate of your original, in the original colors. Pricey though:$75 each. I used to have a 65 Chevy II, and had the very first registration, and had them make me a 64 Arizona plate for. Ran it for years until I sold the car. Check them out.

Re: Original License Plate Score!!!
It's crusty like the rest of my truck but its the county code of the lowly populated rural county my dad was born in and for $4 i'm very proud of it.

Re: Original License Plate Score!!!
When I can figure out how to post pictures on here I have about 50 different 1963 tags on my garage wall from North America. Some are pickup, most are farm trucks. NH, for such a small state has Agriculture and Farm. The more beat up, the better I like them, although I have several brand new ones. I run a North Carolina Farm Truck on Ginger. I have a brand-new, never used 1963 NC Farm tag with the envelope with the corresponding # on the envelope in my filing cabinet. In North Carolina, you can run a YOM as long as you keep the current tag and ergo in the vehicle.

Re: Original License Plate Score!!!
I try to get the truck ones when I can. My favorite ones so far are the Wyoming, with the cowboy on the bucking bronco, and the Manitoba with the buffalo. I have a NC farm on my pickup, and have a brand new in wrapper 1963 NC Farm tag in storage. If anyone has a lead on a Hawaii, or New Joisey please send me a PM.
