You can bend it tightly on the tube and bolt it down. Little tight on the top handle near the fire wall. But nothing I can't get to.

Auto Meter Phantom Gauges in the stock bezel. The Aluminum panel I fabbed up fit like a glove. Put the turn signal, hi-beam and check eng lights in. Might have to put a diode on the Blue Hi-beam. Man it bright!

The gauges look neat behind the Grant leather wheel.

Mounted the Monster Tach. Still have to wire that baby

Pumb the heater core and the fresh painted inner fenders. Routing the engine wires and started hooking them up. The engine bay sure got smaller with the fenders in there.

Coming along nice. I don't know why it did not occur to me that I could paint any dash to match my truck.

I just couldn't find a good gray dash to save mylife Damien. Bull Dog Surface primer is the key. Part stores carry it here.

The Radiator mount is Finished. Spent Sunday afternoon building it.

Only have $35 bucks in it. Think it turned out good. Most important, It dose it job.

Got the steering Column wired in. Gonna take a few days break. Too damn hot here. It hit 102 yesterday. That sucks in my Metal barn!

Maybe I can get the wiring finished next few days. It's time consuming work!

2"Beltech drop spindles, Ground Force 3"drop coils, and the local Axle & Spring shop built me some new 3" drop springs. No de-arched used. New leafs. They did that for $180. Helps I know the owner well.

Now it looks better. Not so much like a 4X4 Damien!

Post Re: The 5.3 Blazer build

Just installed the exhaust.

The muffler shops around here didn't act like they wanted to fool with me. So I bought a 2 1/2" U-fit kit from Jeg's and a Pair of S/S 40Flowmasters.
It was a cut and fit thing!

Besides my ugly welds, I think it came out ok. Even though the Driver side was a the fickle, I was able to tuck the pipe enough to clear the ground and the stock trans cross member.

Here is a Video of it Trying to Idle! Needs a Good tune Real bad!

But you can hear the 227/233 .584LFT Lunati Voodoo cam Lope.

Getting the ECM sent off this week for tuning.

Re: The 5.3 Blazer build

I've been away for awhile. I lost my Father the 2nd of Sept. And just have been taking care of my family.

Kinda put my project on the back burner.

But thing's are getting better.

I now have the ECM retuned for my cam. Night and day. Been driving "Ruby" quite a bit.
