haha yeah i think it will stay silver
the blocks where orange back in 62 its got some high quality paint on it think well leave it. got the pan on it. gotta get a water pump any suggestions on a intake manifold? or carb for this block. the block is rated at 375 high power so anything that will put us close.

hey guys i was welding on the car the other day and i think someone put some lead on this car. how can i tell. i was welding up some pin holes and burned the lead off. im not sure what to do. its above the wheel on the passenger side quarter. i welded up the bottom of it. ill have some pics up. anybody got any suggestions on the intake.
is that 292 cam to big for a 327? the motor is on the previous page that we got its a 327 with 267/305 heads on it and a 292 comp cam and a steel crank .10 under flat top pistons. will i be able to run standard gas. i also have the original heads that came with the 327

you are a good welder and body man so just cut out were the lead is and weld a new patch in

Here are some pics for you guys
pic of the welder pic of this little patch i did. no bondo on it yet. one more The inner rocker i started making patches for it couple patches i made. just gotta make the outter one and weld it in. got the heater core out. got some things sand blasted for the 327 THE 327! should have some more up tomorrow gonna put in a long day in to office!

Ya still in HS or not, I forgot. Motor/car look great man! Id put new gaskets in if you havent already, and dont skimp here, I did and my new motor leaks oil. FELPRO FTW

Yeah still in HS. Thanks man...gaskets are new and i just put a new oil pan gasket in.
FELPRO? gasket company? I will keep at her. No haven't really been paying much attention to the C10 its just sittin.

Felpro, yeah gasket co. If your like me you DONT want that thing to leak oil everywhere! I used some cheapo cork gaskets for everything, ughh.

Ha just noticed your ridin the bike on ice with the screws in the tire!?!? Sounds pretty crazy! I got the fourwheelers out this past snow we had 5"!!! It was DEEP! Lots of ice too

cause its winter and i dont feel like letting my truck get covered in salt, then rusting out again. plus havent had much time to do anything to it.
haha yeah i told my old man them cork gaskets are junk. thats what we used for the oil pan i want to take it out and get a neprem one. yeah studded 1983 cr250 for the ice its bad as

once i get this pass rocker done
the driver should go really fast then im gonna work on the floor supports once i get those clean im gonna weld them in and then drill all the holes in the floor pans weld them in then prolly pull the body off this spring pain the frame and **** then install the drivetrain.. then put the body back on. POR 15 is it worth it? where can i buy it

Alright today i got some stuff done on the rockers
1st pic the outter rocker patches i did. more from the inside test fitting my inners starting to weld them in after i treated the inner with a rust converter and painted. all welded in just have to dress my welds gonna finish that up this afternoon

so i just came back in got the shop all cleaned up started dressing some of the welds really looks alot better in person.
got the old motor out of the shop and organized and cleaned everything up. i should have the driver side rocker done by the end of this week. if i put my mind to it. give me some encouragement i could use it.

idk what id do on the rear i think you can cut the rear springs too.
