Re: What did you and your square body do today?
I sat in a traffic jam for 5 hours because part of the Interstate was closed while going to pick up a 700R4 to replace my TH400.

Re: What did you and your square body do today?
Yo! FRANKENTRUCK got it's HEI finely tuned a bit more,...lighter weights and moderately heavy springs proved to be the proper ignition combo. Today I advanced my initial timing. After test driving this afternoon, I think I'll back that off about four degrees, retest, and then reattach my vacuum advance and tune it (with it's Allen wrench) slowly to proper "mid-throttle" response.
Todd.

Took the Blazer and delivered the extra 12 bolt rearend to my "gear guy" to have the Auburn Posi, 3.42 r&p, all new bearings & seals installed, along with the machined axles to accomodate the McGaughy 13" rear Big Brake kit . It will be replacing the one under it now, so I won't be down for too long.

Re: What did you and your square body do today?
Removed a leaf spring on each side to level this thing out. I think I'm going one more then put some helper bags on it. Also installed a roll pan. Still need to do the body work but it looks a lot better.
