well after alot of my questions my friend got out of bed and came over. he lives around the block. well he said i had it on wrong, i had it open all the way lol. he adjusted it for me and its running pretty good. i had also forgotten to cap something on the carb.

im not sure if i posted but i figured out the red wire went to the starter. the black wire im still not sure, maybe its a ground wire. something is also draining the battery.

besides that when i plugged in the wires to the replacement ignition i messed up on the radio one because it doesnt save the presets.

you should do what i am gonna do....with an am radio make it look stock.....

it doesnt have the stock radio, already had an aftermarket pioneer TAPE player lol. its just that they hacked off the original ignition harness and used slide connects. soo i just tried to pop those in the new ingition as they were on the original. but some of the wires were also just hanging because they came off the connects so idk if i put them right. id like to put those wires back on a ignition harness if possible.

rick, i just got off the phone with my insurance company not too long ago, its now tagged and insured and i may test drive it some more. i do have to go and check all the brake lines etc.

yeah we will be going but not yet. my buddy with the 69 will go as well and we will split the gas.

dont know yet. need the radiator rubbers for the 72 and maybe bumpers.

oh i have door rubbers for the 72. its raining and i still havnt installed the drivers window!

actually it stays quite dry... alll the other windows are on except the drivers side.

yes. i havnt installed the drivers glass. its in the garage.

Im out and about. Got more pixs ill post when im home. Drove the truck around and it drove smooth.

When i was dow. The street from my house a cop pulled me over because te exhaust smoked too much. I also forgot my wallet and to put the tags on so he wanted to tow it... Haha i bet they would have charged an arm and a leg jusy to move it one block. My girl came over with the wallet and tags and he let me go but he says if he see's me driving it again he will pull me over and give me a ticket and ill have to take it to a shop were they will make me rebuild it until it doesnt smoke.

I think im going to put the engine from the 72 in the 68 and then get a loan and get a crate for the 72..

Anyone happen to know what i can check
for my signal light issues? They work sometimes. Sometimes u hit the turn signal lever and they are on in the dash and outside but most of the time nothing.
Ground wires? Locations of em?

Today was the first day of spring break.
I was able to find the error with the signals not functioning correctly.

Heres some new pixs of something i discovered. I have no idea what it is. the connection is mounted on my bumper and behind it there are lines that go to my struts. It looks like i can air up the struts????
