Thanks. Yeah, taking a little more time to button down everything nice and neatly. Also trying to hide as much as possible for a clean look. It won't be perfect, but looking for a clean install.

Clamped down the fuel hose and installed a heat barrier were the fuel line will be close to the exhaust.

Shimmed up the engine so the headers would clear a little better

also started to run the air line

Is that like a 1" stack of washers on the tranny mount? That's just temporary right?

Yes, that is temporary. Going to be making a solid aluminum spacer. This was to just mock it up.

Great looking build. I am trying to decide on headers myself. Do you have a picture from a side view on the passenger side, to see if the header drops below the frame rail. If it does not drop down.do you have the part number for the headers? And can I get a pic from the bottom?

These are Doug Thorley headers. They are made specifically for our trucks with LS engines. They are a very nice product. Neither of the headers drops below the frame. That is one thing I didn't want. I have the 1 7/8" version. They also make a 1 5/8".

Here is the web page from Doug Thorley:

I will get you some pictures a little later.

The radiator is from Entropy. Nice product. Had to do a little mod to it though.
