Re: Parting out - 1967 C30 chassis cab

Does anyone have need of the dash from this truck, or a radio patch panel? I'm not going to bother cutting it out, otherwise.

Also, surprisingly, the cross members in the frame are actually decent, the front, transmission and driveshaft support are all present and in good shape. If anybody needs those, let me know.

I am planning to scrap what's left of the truck Thursday, so anything I haven't pulled off by then is gone.

Parts I've pulled last two days:
Guts of both doors (latches, regulators, glass, etc)
Heater box, which is okay
Steering column
Windshield and small rear window
Complete cab wiring harness in decent shape
Both outside door handles
Core support filler panel (below grill)
Core support - fender braces
Door catches and supports
Driver's west coast mirror, glass is cracked but all brackets in decent shape
Front lighting and engine harness, kinda hacked up but okay connector at the firewall
Power brake booster and linkage

There's some other stuff but I will be taking pictures and posting them later

The trim rings were sold along with the shell.

The inner fenders are in the scrap pile, the front edges were rotted off and both of them were pretty beat up

They are good except the driver's upper side doesn't have the limiting catch in it anymore.

Re: Parting out - 1967 C30 chassis cab

Hey guy. This is the Gdavis who bought the grill. Do you have a set of 4 adjusting screws and platic nuts for the head light buckets. Need them bad. If so how much and can you put them with the grill before you ship

Grill is sold

gdavis - no, no adjusting screws for headlight buckets.

Radio patch panel is pending sale

benny70 - I can certainly ship the driveshaft if you like, but not sure it'll be cost effective for you

Based on the level of rust on the bolts, I highly doubt I can get the springs out of them without destroying the hangers.
