Re: '63 c10 drag build

Looking good! I see you got the lower part of the front fender mounted and looks like you lopped off a bit of the frame for the rest of the front end to fit. Cant wait to see it making passes!

Re: '63 c10 drag build

Got a little more involved had to cut headers and go to a motor plate which is a one off Cnc'd deal kind of a nightmare with the steering

Re: '63 c10 drag build

Getting all the last pieces of the puzzle on taking it to a chassis guy to align and set up suspension but I refuse to push it onto a trailer that's for trucks that don't run so let's hope it survives the first parking lot burner

7.5? are you guys running discs with this much back spacing. if so what discs and wheels.

I am trying to find a cheap match for discs..

Re: '63 c10 drag build

Digging up the old thread because we are building again
#1 nitrous is to expensive on the west coast and it's hot as a mofo in NorCal so babying bottles in a hassle
#2 Nitrous is hard on things
So I've gone to the Darkside.
I'm also going to a 750 cage.
And doing some simple things here and there to stop frame twist/bow
