Well i got a thought by looking at them like this and figured i could make it look a little cleaner than zip ties to frames that i have seen rolling around here

Made a manifold to cut down on all the lines

Not Completed but you get the idea

Also mocked up the radiator and air cleaner so that i can fit it all under the hood and build a core support

Got ahold of a complete 6.0 that pushed out a cam bearing (apparently not uncommon for) Checked the block and it was not hurt so im going to use a dab of Loctite on some durabonds and go with it. My helpers lending a hand tearing it down.

Got started on the core support and its going to turn out like i am hoping it will. Here is the bender i made in action on one of the frame to core support brace. Ill post more when it makes more sense to others

Crooked $30 piece of metal that i hope works out

Used some plastic line around the shop and hooked air up to try the valves out just using the fancy way of touching wires together but it worked

Going to run stainless line to everything later.

I always liked the SMC diaphragm valves and the box should keep it all neat. Much faster than the fancy stuff but quite a bit of plumbing. Make sure to keep moisture out of them when it's cold outside. One truck I had with those mounted under the bed would freeze/stick when below freezing because it didn't have a water seperator. Several times I had to wait for the exhaust to warm up the tank and valves to work properly. Sold it before I fixed that problem. Not the smartest thing to drive in the snow anyways...

I have a couple driers/filter and a separator that is going before the tank and another after it to the valve box as you could say so i think that part will be ok. And as far as freezing up i dont think it will do that in the garage during the winter

Bent some pieces for the wish bone, the 180 degree was just a test piece with the bender

Just tacked up and sitting but you get the idea. Hope to get out there in a bit and try and finish it up but we'll see.

Did 4 of these to mount the battery and valve box, everything is tacked in right now and will weld up once the body parts come off for the frame to be done.

It was a nice day yesterday to get it out and work on it some
