Re: Long Project: Orange Julius

Thanks guys! I really appreciate it. Hey heymoe, all you have on the front suspension on your truck is tubular control arms correct? I want to bring my front down a little more just about as high as yours is.

You are correct bud. Bags, shock mounts from Nate @ PB, and PB control arms upper and lower. The shock mounts will allow you to lay on the crossmember, without them you will be shock bound even with drop shocks.

I have to fabricate a small bump stop and mount it through one of the bag plate bolts as a CYA if a bag blows. I think I am going to make it about 3/4" just high enough to keep the crossmember out of the pavement.

Very good to know! Im really looking forward to bringing my front down a little more.

In the meantime, dad got the carpet and insulation installed, so its a little more comfortable to lay on the floor and wire under the dash

A couple more interior goodies installed this weekend! Billet mirror, dash pad, sunvisors.

Oh yea, and put in some original door panels until I get the custom ones done... They are gonna be NICE!
