Good proportions with your tire/wheel sizing and amount you lowered the truck. I hope to get mine somewhere similar. When people lower the long beds too far the back tires/wheels look really small.

Yeeaaahhh, this rhino guard trend is one I just don't understand...it makes sense on a jeep (and I've seen it really look good) but I just don't get it on a square.

Anyway, It really isn't too hard to peel off. The thicker the easier, which means the main body parts come off rather quick, but the edges, corners and not so easy to reach places can take a while.

The main problem with this stuff is that rust can run wild without being noticed...

From a distance she didn't look too bad...up close it looked like a diseased raisin...

Well...I had to turn things around...fedex doesn't like delivering truck parts to truck stop parking lots

It was a trippy and rough time. I am strangely grateful for it now as it humbled me, reset my priorities and helped me to appreciate what is truly important in life!

Not to get too serious here...but since that time I have spent the last several years working closely with the Wheeler mission here in Indy. For the last 100+ years Wheeler has helped the addicted and homeless reclaim dignity and create a new life. I've lost count of how many trips Annabelle has made for the mission...from hauling firewood to the homeless camps to helping move fellas into new homes after they've gotten back on track.

This has probably been addressed on the forum before, and it may be a no brainer to some, but...

is this familiar to anyone?
SLAM, SLAM...adjust, tweak, new pins, adjust...SLAM, SLAM..."Mother Pus Bucket!!!"

Yes, I am talking about how super annoying the doors on our squares can be...well, there is a very simple fix...a 3/4" piece of PEX...yep, PEX...cut a piece off, cut it down the side and slap it on your striker...your door will close smooth as butter...seriousy, it's that simple....

When new, these strikers have a plastic bushing on them which helps lock the door latch in place...

Mocked up seat
Put on a go-fast sticker...good for at least 10 horsepower!
Slapped on a set of Flowtech headers...I know, I know, they are cheapys but I don't wanna put too much money in this motor right now...

Oh...and check out the exhaust work the knucklehead I had work on it did...

Every time I've ever put headers on a truck, I began having problems with the starters. Seems the heat from the headers starts cooking the starters and shortens their lives by a lot. So, the last time, I got some of that header tape that the chopper guys used to give their bobbers the "old school" look. That always ended my problems.

Well...asked my #1 Girl to me help me work on the Old Girl and she now thinks she should be on 3 Girls Garage...

Gas tank goes in tomorrow...should be rollin in a couple days...

Oh...and after 4 years of complaining about it, I finally fixed the windshield washer pump...

had an hour at the shop, but I am waiting on some parts and decided to do some little stuff...

Dave (Woodyboat) had asked about the rhinocrap that had been sprayed on my square...I had peeled the majority of the junk off several months ago but there was still quite a bit left...The pic shows how it easily comes off.

But! When I got to the cab corners my fears about this crap were realized...rust underneath! It isn't horrible and nothing that Mr. Hobart and I cain't fix, but it still bummed me out...enough that I forgot to take a pic of the damage...

Whoa! No rain, 50 degrees and sun in the hood today...decided to do some dash work...
I’m not the 1st fella to strip down the dash and try to make sumptin out of the bare frame, but it seems that most have pushed it aside when they get to the bare metal stage - I totally understand why! The holes are a disaster and crazy! But I’m gonna see it through, even if I end up hating it!
Shot it with primer and bumper paint - stuff is somewhere between undercoat and regular paint - next I’ll throw some gutter guard under like I did the grille...
