I have the plates and that is really all ya need for the front end also Western 2.5 drop spindles to get it down a little more. Oh yeah, I cut about 3/8 of an inch off of the cup and that dropped it another 1.5 inches too.

No clearance issues on the front with 20X8.5 rims and 35 series tires with the width of your liking. If ya do a 4 link in the rear you will be happier with the outcome. I have a mini-notch too. I am running the factory rear suspension with an adjustable trac-bar with a 70 rear end and still have about 5/8 of an inch clearance with 22X10s with a 35 series tire. The backspacing should be 5.5 on the rear if I am not mistaken cause I am running a spacer on the rear. Here is a pic of the rear clearance airred out.

Re: 1967 C10 Custom Big Window

how do you like the rims have you had to replace any of them and are there they very strong rims. i am look at getting a set like yours but i am afraid that 20s and 22s with low profile tires that the rims will bend if you hit a crack on the road

I think they have 1 mile on them at this point. They are solid rims, but I will use these for shows only. I have a set of rallys that I will run when I plan on driving very far, just gotta put some shoes on em.

22s in the front n back, especially on a short bed, would look odd.......or like I say, a ghetto hovercraft. If you are going to leave out the innerfenders and try to lay frame then 22s are fine, but I think you are going for a more tasteful, well thought-out look. I prefer the hot rod look with the slightly smaller rim on the front, but you can always compensate with a larger 50 series tire and it will still look correct. JMHO!

Re: 1967 C10 Custom Big Window

Baby's first bath. Had to wash all of the sandblasting dust off her today, thanks Ronnie for not covering it. It took four washings to get it clean and still need to do the interior and under the hood. Happy to be doing something with the truck! Got a little something exciting in the works, we'll see what happens. Can't let the cat outta the bag yet.
