Questions about steelies

I'm in the market for some used steelies that I can paint black, and then mount some factory Chevy caps.

Based off the picture below of my sidewall, could you tell me what size I would need so I can mount these same tires to steelies? I'm thinking I'll check the junk yard for what I need, and then I'll paint them. Seems like some guys use ford wheels. Please let me know what options I have.


These are the wheels I currently have. They are newer Chevrolet wheels. What do you figure I might get for these if I tried to sell them?


As far as factory Chevy caps for steelies, are there certain years and styles that will and will not work? I've seen guys run all silver caps, and I've also seen the more traditional silver with black paint and blue or yellow chevy logo in the center.
