Forgot one thing before I start priming the interior, inner fenders and such. Had to get the seat brackets made for bench seat.

nice job, having a fold up bench is one of the best upgrades to these trucks.

Man Jeff, you've been getting after it even since I was over a few days ago. Looking great! Had I known I would have been over helping just to get the experience for mine!

Picked up that S10 today. Got him down to $300...

Finished putting the front together and stripped for the clear. Came out shinny like I wanted but I'm not a natural at spraying.

Thanks AD! Yes doing the whole truck that way. I'll put the bed together with running boards fit them and then strip and clear them.

How are you stripping are you soda blasting, sand blasting or do you have a prep pad and just grinding it off? Did you go with POR15 or another product to paint the frame and firewall? I have been looking at rustbullet since it is about the same price as POR15 but seems like a better product.

Re: Low buck 53' 3100 5 window

Chopit- Been working on it a little. Got most of the dash finished and starting on the glass. Also been stripping the bed sides.

Workinwrenches-Those are stock 14" s10 wheels painted black 3 1/4" wide white cokers. I've been stripping with 80 grit disks and my DA. Some of the tight places I'm using paint stripper. I wanted to use POR15 but used rustolium with added hardner. Just wasn't in the budget unfortunately.
