Didn't do a lot :/ I hate looking in the fuel door because the amazing original color shows, its slightly depressing that I probably wont get there

Re: New girl with a new project

look dont sell it why buy something thats already done then someone will ask u about it and u wont know anything ive wanted to buy an already built truck many many times but then i cant say that i did the c-notch or i did the body work or i suped up that motor stick with the truck and ruff it out girl like seriously i lost hope a couple times before mine even ran or looked good but then it all came together and got a motor and its almost legal now it will come together but if u get rid of it you will start noticing **** i shouldnt of sold it i loved that truck and u will miss it bottom line is dont sell it you could make it a good looking truck and sell it down the road for 3-5 times as much as u would get out of it now if u sold it but thats just my opinion

Re: New girl with a new project

Yeah because my original understanding was I traded the engine and tranny for the Toyota
But he's very good at not keeping up with his promises. Ill be lucky if actually gives me the 85' the way everything else has been taken, I dont know..

Re: New girl with a new project

So I figured I Should update you guys a little, now that I have everything figured out.

I swore into the navy December 8th, and i will be shipping August 10th, 2011
Therefore, i really cant fix a truck for myself right now. but I'll be 18 next month.

So, I'm keeping the C20. The 85 I have no interest in. When they (my family) get sick of my truck, Ill hand them the money and tell them to put it in storage. I really want to keep this truck until i can fix it, and once I'm able to fix it it'll be worth a lot more.

Thanks for all your support! Ill be back in around four years

Tasha

If you get stationed stateside, There is always an
auto hobby shop on base. But most of all, You will
get to go places, And see thing, That you would
have never had the chance to regularly.

Granted, Some of them are not the best.
But those are the ones that teach you to appreciate
what we have in the USA. I wish you the best.

Makes me sad that I wasn't able to fix up the ol Chev.

Ill be back here sometime! Maybe in four years when I'm in reserves.
Thanks for all the support and guidance you guys gave me. See you around.
