Re: What did you do to your truck today!
drilled out the rivets and removed these from my grille as i have decided that i am no longer going to use them, cut the center grill support to make it look cleaner behind the grille since i will not be using the grill insert things. also drilled a 1/2" hole and cut a notch in the side of the dash to slide around the wiring that comes out through the bottom of the drivers side a pillar, then i cut out the backside of the replacement front fender for tire clearance

Re: What did you do to your truck today!
Got my tilt column mounted and all the brackets associated with it sanded and painted. Also vacuumed her out and started to clean up the gauge cluster.

Re: What did you do to your truck today!
Got a box of stuff via UPS. A flex plate cover, some bulbs, tail light lens gaskets, windshield wipers...That kind of stuff.
I was beat up from adjusting my pan-hard bar and installing a door by myself yesterday, so I just scoped out some wiring. I decided to send the engine wiring harness back into the cab and exit closer to their respective terminal points (dist., starter motor purple wire, heat sensor, juice for the electric fans, etc.) and lower on the fire wall just to clean things up a tad. If I were doing a "full tilt boogie", I'd have relocated the whole firewall connector for the engine/lights and horn harness someplace low.... and shaved the firewall. Not happening this time. Oh, I lined up a door.

Washed it, then drove it all over town. Here it is at the local parts store parking lot. Had to stop, running a special on brake cleaner.

Fixed an oil leak, changed the oil, filled the gas tank, took her to the car wash, then put her back in the garage until the snow melts (July I imagine...)
