Yes, they do come in 2" and 3" drops.

SCOTI- I had you down for the 3" arms.... I may have been mistaken, as we had several conversation about lots of different ideas. I will be more than happy to exchange them for a set of 2" arms.

Lolife- No worries, I have yours as 2".

Frizzle- I figured I would just pile all your stuff in the back of my truck and head out that way.... would probably save some on shipping!

does the xmember mount on top of the top frame rail??? i know you said its designed to have a 1/8" clearence, between the cab and top most point of the xmember, and putting the xmember on-top of the frame rail, vs. on bottom (of the top frame rail) would take up that 1/8".... does that make sence? nate, you have a install pic?

All others go under the rails just like factory.... I would assume PB's do as well.

correct, it sandwhichs the frame-rails, meaning the xmember goes between the top and bottom frame rails... PB xmember doesnt sandwhich the rails like this. it either has to mount on TOP of BOTH the top and bottom frame-rails, or mount on the BOTTOM of BOTH frame-rails..... and when talking to him he said it was designed to have the 1/8" clearence, so if it was mounted on the BOTTOM (when designing), and i mount it on top, then i would be realllly close (if not hitting)....

No drama worries!

Yours mounts just like you have it in your build thread pics. The top mount will be on top of the rail, and the bottom mount will be on top of the bottom rail. I have been experimenting a little! With this mount design, you could gain a little additional clearance IF needed by mounting the x-member mounting tabs under the top rail, and under the bottom rail... Hope I made sense.

Nate, those look great. I have seen your products around but I did not know you were on this site. I am on a similar path of R&D as you were, but not for production more for personal use. I am putting the whole suspension system on a ford 9" rear and would have to tweak every thing you've made, other wise I would be in line for a set myself.

A pair of heim joints arrived over the weekend... I'm ancious to see the rest. lol Poor thing has been sitting out there so long doing an impression of a garden sculpture that I am super jacked to get things going on it finaly.

It was a busy weekend getting some home repair/upgrade issues sorted out, but I did manage to get one a-arm cleaned up. Gotta love the smell of oven cleaner when you get too close hosing the things down. lol

While waiting for the rest of the suspension parts... Here is what $40 will get you o eBay if you hunt around enough:

That's a big intake for a C20 (heavy) truck. What's the intended RPM operating range? What CID?

Yeah.. it is pretty big.

She has a 350 with a 4sp (3 +1) and a fairly low rear. Before taking it all down I never used 1st gear. I do know I'll sacrifice some off-idle but with all the gears available it won't be hard to keep her up over 2k.

The biggest issue is that I will probably need a vacume can if I want to run power brakes.

I think some people have used a step notch. (either at full height or cut down a little)
Either way,... the location where the frame crosses over the top of the trailing arm,... is the limiting factor.

OMG I hate those Rivets!!!!! i had to get my off with the bed and cab still on the truck and me on the floor. I used everything i had to get them off, grinder drill and air chisel

Hey Keith sorry no i don't have any pic's but i will take some tomorrow. The thing i was worried about is if i go with a taller notch am i going to screw up where the shocks mount or the bags? I don't care to lay frame but with the drop member up front i can't leave it to high, It would look stupid.
