Re: My 1952 truck.
That looks great, Wade. Are you going to do the ceiling too? If you do, make sure you get a haircut and wear a goggles. Good luck going forward.

Re: My 1952 truck.
or check out atomiks build on here, he basically fiberglassed the top of the roof as a form for the interior. I think it worked for him.

Re: My 1952 truck.
Here's my build page link (below). The fiberglass headliner pages start at entry # 164 on my thread. I haven't covered the headliner panel yet, (just finished painting the exterior), but I hope to pick an interior color and get going on it this summer.

Re: My 1952 truck.
I did think of doing it the way Atommik did it. I have been following both of those builds. If I was smarter I would of used my new roof panel before it was on the truck. I don't want anything elaborate because with that dash, things can seem really "busy".

Re: My 1952 truck.
Well I got busy. Travelling, recovering from back again, starting another business yadda yadda. I am just getting ready to change the script on the tailgate and put in a new hood latch. Can't find my hinges. Your truck is looking awesome man.

Re: My 1952 truck.
Any updates on your killer truck? I know its sledding season for us as my 50 pickup project will come to a halt now too but a few pics if any would be great!

Re: My 1952 truck.
In case anybody has been wondering, I am still alive. I have taken a break from my truck for a long time. Bought a bus and toured around the great US of A. Looking around for my final nesting place. As I write this in sitting in Arizona catching up on project I have been following. Some awesome work out the people. I haves lot of travelling to do this year again but the good news is I am motivated to start working on my truck again. We will see how it goes.

Re: My 1952 truck.
I did restore a couple bikes I had. Guess I needed to step away from the truck for a little while.

Re: My 1952 truck.
Well now that ride height and bumpers are all on, it is soon time to come apart again. Few things to do before I take it apart though. Fabricate a tunnel under passenger inner fender for AC/heater hoses, hook up shifter cable, trans dipstick, figure out battery location, fuel pump location, throttle cable.....oh boy. Truck has a static suspension and needs to come down another inch or so.

Re: My 1952 truck.
Why are my pictures sideways? I had no problems before. Maybe because I had my phone sideways when I took it? Got my fuel filler figured out today. I wanted it centered near the rear. I am changing that cap as I hate it. Took the wood out a final time.

Re: My 1952 truck.
Shock mounting is supposed to be on rear of lower arms but it's tight back there.

Your truck is so fine. One of the best AD's I have ever seen. Perfect combination of class and cool. Keep up the great work.

Wow! Thanks Windows. It's been so long since I touched it I was getting worried it was outdated already.
