I'm sure I won't. Everything Rob does has so much attention to detail that I doubt these are any different!

Re: My 67 SWB BoostedC10 (LQ4 S475)
I guess I should post up the Tubz here too. Forgot I only posted them on Instagram and Facebook.
Still working on the trans. Messed up the front pump bushing and didn't have another laying around so I had to wait for a new one. Moving along again though! Also want to say thanks again to Clinebarger for trusting me and helping me out in a bind on my transmission valve body.

Re: My 67 SWB BoostedC10 (LQ4 S475)
Also, just sold my BW S475. Truck is going twin 67's (Go figure, the same year as the truck!) mainly for the packaging and wow factor. Plus twins are more fun on the street!

Re: My 67 SWB BoostedC10 (LQ4 S475)
If you go turbo, might as well be twins! For no other reason than it looks symmetrical under the hood. hahaha

Thanks, can't wait to make it a reality
Thanks Keith Just finishing the trans while I wait for parts. Should have some new pics coming as soon as the turbos show up and I start working on the body again! Hope to have the powertrain and most the metal work done this summer. Lets see if I can stick to my schedule!

Re: My 67 SWB BoostedC10 (LQ4 S475)
Nothing to exciting this weekend but I did get my transmission almost finished up. Waiting on my converter from Yank and a new internal harness as they sent me one for a pre-2003.

Rebuilding your tranny, no big deal? I'm glad you have it all under control. I would be lost inside of one of those things.
Keep up the good work. |

Re: My 67 SWB BoostedC10 (LQ4 S475)
I've been inside a ton of 4l80e's and th400's. They are not that bad once you do one or two of them. This one though, was a little learning experience for me. Typically I just toss an HD2 shift kit in them and redo frictions and steels, but with mine I decided to go a different route (following some good info from Chris Cline) and dual fed the direct internally instead.
