Good Guys was Good Times!!!! I met some great folks along the way and once I had arrived I met at least 6 forum members and got to run the Texas Motor Speedway with a few of them. I will have some more pics and vids to post later. Enjoy!!!

Here is a pic of the Winners Circle and driving from the Winners Circle area to the ceremony we got a pic under the TMS sign. This was the Awards Ceremony on Sunday, me receiving the "Way Cool" Award.

Re: 1967 C10 Custom Big Window
Congrats on the award. You do indeed have a "way cool" truck. I enjoyed talking to ya'll at Goodguys and really enjoyed looking at your truck. If anyone wants to see more photos of the cars and trucks at Goodguys, I took photos for our local car club, West Texas Cruisers. Here is the link to the photos
https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?...1&l=7d2d0092b8 Visit our facebook page and hit the "Like" button if you want. One thing I seemed to notice about the cars and trucks alike at Goodguys, there is a definate trend in swapping in a late model LS engine.

Re: 1967 C10 Custom Big Window
Thought this was a cool pic....in the weeds. I purchased some new pulleys and waterpump....after exploding mine at Good Guys, and will be posting some pics of the install. Now I gotta figure out how to run the a/c compressor off of a double groove setup!

Re: 1967 C10 Custom Big Window
Actually did something that was pic worthy!!! Got in new aluminum pulleys and chrome alternator cover and installed all of it. Also installed another new chrome water pump after my last one shattered!! I have been working on a marquee sign for my truck to set up at shows, sprayed it yesterday to match my truck and it came out great. Putting black lettering on it to contrast with the orange and chrome....should match Slick 67 very well.
